Developing trust in your internal world is a process that will take some deliberate effort, and is also well worth it for you in the long run.

I am an Internationally Credentialed Sandtray Therapist, and I use traditional talk therapy modalities as well as Sandtray therapy. My approach most commonly incorporates aspects of Parts work as developed in IFS so that you can get to know yourself better and grow in the ways that are most meaningful to you. I am currently accepting individuals ages 16+.
