You're tired, over-worked, overwhelmed and anxious much of the time. Putting up this facade is taking a toll on your emotional health. Constantly striving to do it all is exhausting and not fulfilling for you.

Helping you give yourself permission to be as kind to yourself as you are to others is a rewarding part of my role as a therapist. Learning to relate to yourself in a gentle, less self-critical way is both self-compassionate and empowering. It's exciting to witness!
