Teen Coping Skills Group
We’re expanding our support for families with a Teen Coping Skills Group! Led by our MSW Intern trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), this group helps teens manage stress, build confidence, and develop practical coping skills. In a supportive space, they’ll learn strategies to navigate anxiety and improve emotional resilience. Spots are limited.
