MindRight Counselling & Consulting is focused on helping men, women, children/youth, couples, and families deal with issues that negatively impact their quality of living. We provide therapeutic support, guidance, and psychoeducation to assist our clients to develop personal insight and work towards making a positive change in their overall lives. We service all clients from the Lower Mainland of BC while having 5 office locations in Richmond, Vancouver, and Burnaby with 10 Associate Counsellors ready to help you. MindRight Counselling & Consulting primarily uses a Cognitive-Behavioral Approach in helping clients with their problems and concerns. However, our counsellors are trained in various therapeutic approaches to ensure the service that our clients receive is in line with their goals for counselling, such as EMDR, Existential Analysis, and other modalities.
Simply put, the point of counselling is to feel better. You deal with stress on a daily basis. Stress can build up over time and many of us have a stress tolerance to deal with frustration and anger that result from both our professional and personal lives.
