I have over 18 years of experience working directly with individuals suffering from the effects of trauma, including: PTSD, BPD, addictions, marital breakdown, social isolation, criminal justice involvement, addictions, domestic abuse, self harm, anger management issues and low motivation. Evening and weekend appointments are also available.
Despite the many different experieces that make us unique, we all have hopes, fears, pain, dreams, and so much more. Our experiences affect our mind, our emotions, spiritual well being, our physical health and sometimes seems to take life off course.
