I am a Registered Psychotherapist who has 18 years of experience in a variety of mental health settings. I run a private practice and work in a hospital program part-time. I have developed a passion and expertise in mindfulness-based interventions -> CBT, MBCT, DBT and ACT. My priority is the therapeutic rapport ensuring compassion, kindness & non-judgment.
