I support people with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression and other mood and emotional disorders. Over the years I have also supported professionals who experience burnout, various trauma and compassion fatigue.
My life, work, and personal experiences allow me to provide compassionate, challenging, and holistic support to my clients. I use various modalities to meet my client's needs. I am trained in Attachment and Emotion-Focused Therapy, Somatic Therapies, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Interpersonal therapy.
