I work with individuals navigating a range of life challenges, including relationship concerns, emotional distress, and complex personal experiences. Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their patterns. My approach is collaborative and grounded in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. Through this process, I support clients in developing insight, strengthening coping strategies, and moving toward meaningful and sustainable change.

You’ve been trying to keep it all together, but underneath the surface, you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or just plain exhausted. Maybe anxiety shows up as racing thoughts or constant overthinking. Maybe low mood is making everyday things feel harder than they should. Or relationships—whether family, friends, or partners—just feel more complicated lately. It’s hard to feel like yourself when things don’t seem to be working, and you’re not sure what to try next. That is where I come in.

You might be carrying a lot right now. Maybe it’s anxiety that won’t quiet down, feeling stuck in your thoughts, being hard on yourself, or just not feeling like yourself lately. Life transitions, relationship challenges, or the impact of past experiences may also be making things feel heavier than usual. But you don’t have to navigate all of this alone. I work with those who are looking for a space to slow things down and feel understood. My goal is to be present with you in a way that feels supportive and collaborative, helping you move forward in a direction that feels more grounded, clear, and aligned with your values.

Your mind doesn’t switch off. You overthink decisions. There’s constant pressure to stay sharp, perform, and keep things together. From the outside, things look fine. Internally, it feels tense, restless, and hard to fully relax. Most of the men I work with are used to pushing through, but over time, that turns into anxiety, irritability, mental fatigue, and disconnection. I help you understand what’s driving it, including how past experiences have shaped these patterns, then we work on changing how you respond so you can feel more in control and less caught in it.

Finding a therapist can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve spent a long time carrying things on your own or feeling like you had to “push through.” Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or the lasting impact of past experiences, you don’t have to do it alone. Reaching out for support can bring up uncertainty, self-doubt, or the feeling that “others have it worse.” Many people wonder if what they’ve been through is enough to deserve therapy. I want you to know that if something is affecting you now, it matters.
