Mind Online has been supporting clients online since 2018, making therapy feel accessible, grounded, and genuinely human, wherever you are. Founded by Ashley Mariani, RSW, the practice offers specialized support in perinatal mental health, couples therapy with a focus on sex and intimacy, and practical nervous system education you can use in real life. Molly has been with Mind Online since 2024 (from intern to associate) and brings a steady, compassionate approach to ADHD support for first responders, grief work, and nervous system-informed care, drawing on IFS and years of crisis-care experience. Serving NS, AB and ON
Our Team
I’m Ashley Mariani, RSW, clinic owner of Mind Online Therapy and one of the early “online therapists” (trained in 2017, practicing virtually since 2018). On social media as The Rogue Therapist, I help couples stuck in disconnection, mismatched desire, or recurring conflict build honest, shame-free conversations about sex and intimacy. I also support individuals in perinatal mental health, anxiety, BIRTH trauma, and nervous-system education with practical tools you can use in real life

Many learn to scan for safety, reading mood, noise, and energy before their own needs are fully seen or supported. Over time, these survival responses can shape how we move through the world and relate to ourselves and others. Within our work together, we begin gently stepping outside the survival patterns, creating space to notice one’s own experiences, needs, micro-scans, and inner cues, noticing the different parts of us that get activated to protect ourselves, rather than always tracking what is happening around us. I work with individuals with navigating ADHD, trauma, chronic stress, life transitions, and grief.
