We are a Team of Registered Psychotherapists who are dedicate to working with children, youth, families, and adults in unique ways which are tailored to the clients individual strengths and challenges. It is important for us to meet our clients where they are at, not where we might want them to be. This will allow for clients to be a dedicated participant in their journey to wellness. We create a safe space for clients to explore their challenges and work on personal goals. Our team works from a Client-Centered focus, allowing for clients to direct the therapy and contribute to the journey they are on.
Our team has experience working with children and youth who are struggling with a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicide ideations, peer challenges, family conflict, anger and self identity. We also work with the adult population who are struggling with trauma, life stress, parenting/marriage, anxieties and mood dysregulation.
Our team works together to create the best treatment approach for the presenting concerns our clients want to work through. We are able to do this by linking evidence-based practices with talk therapy. Some of these approaches consist of expressive arts, mindfulness, play based therapies, nutrition counselling, psychoanalysis, EMDR, CBT, and DBT.
