It is about creating a space for being, listening inward, exploring practical solutions, and gently expanding internal capacities that a fulfilled life requires. So you can reclaim your voice, sense of aliveness, and capacity to flourish, while also finding compassionate ways to live with life’s losses and limitations. We aim to co-create lasting change and peace through in-depth psychotherapy. I specialize in PTSD, ADHD, grief, depression, anxiety, LGBTQIA+, and postpartum mental health.

I hold degrees in Clinical Psychology. I specialize in trauma therapy, psychoanalytic psychotherapy, and postpartum mental health support. I attended McMaster University for a second master's in Gender Studies to better support my queer and transgender clients in an anti-oppressive and queer flourishing space.
