Sundays & Evenings Available! Affordable rates & sliding scale! Social justice lens! Being human should be easier. You deserve therapy for exactly who you are and what you’ve been through. I specialize in complex trauma, insecure attachment styles, challenges in relationships, and LGBTQ+ identity. If you are someone with big emotions, you are very welcome here. I know that triggers, flashbacks, and dissociation all come from a self-preserving part of you, despite how hard they might be for your or the people around you to understand. it's possible to feel creative, courageous, and connected again.
I use an adaptable, somatic style of therapy that is designed around your needs. I serve all ages, couples, polycules, and individuals. Something unique I offer is nature therapy walks. Forest & Nature Therapy offers unique ways to regulate our nervous systems, experience safety, and gain insight. Year round, you have the option to head outside with me.
A safe, welcoming space for you to feel your feelings and be yourself is the foundation for all good therapy: I offer LGBTQ+ affirming, neuroaffirming, and trauma-informed therapy in every single session. I am trained in ways to calm and heal your nervous system, resolve trauma, and keep you feeling connected and informed every step of the way.

Moving out of survival mode takes gentleness. You can remind your nervous system how to heal itself with parts work, mindfulness, mind-body connection, and lots of playfulness, laughter, and weird visualizations. If you encounter triggers along the way... you've got this: you can meet them with bravery, acceptance, and love.
