My approach to counseling is rooted in empathy, active listening, and a genuine desire to empower individuals to overcome challenges. I am skilled in conducting basic assessments, case formulations, and developing personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based treatment. My ideal client is the person experiencing anxiety, stress and depression. The individual who experienced trauma as a child; has faced violence, abuse, or neglect; who is grieving loss through separation, divorce, or death. Does this describe you? Do you feel lost or unsure? Do you desire a return to a stress-free life? Come walk with me!
I will help find your step, restore your inner peace, and find your voice. I take the eclectic approach using cognitive-behavior, solution-focused, trauma-focused, cognitive processing, dialectical behavior, or narrative therapies, mindfulness, and family systems therapies, to weave back together pieces of your life that give you meaning.
Do you feel as though you are at the end of your rope? Do you need to speak to someone who will listen, non-judgmentally? Do you feel dejected, like you are screaming and exploding within to an oblivious world? If you are, get in touch. I will create a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, then explore new coping skills.
