In 2013, I was paralyzed from the neck down after a spinal cord injury while coaching Canada's National Development Halfpipe Ski Team. My recovery taught me that healing is physical, mental, and emotional, and that gratitude isn't a platitude, it's a tool. My clients are mostly men aged 25-54: entrepreneurs, high performers, athletes, and people navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, ADHD, or the aftermath of injury or trauma. Many arrive feeling stuck, carrying it alone, or unsure where to start. Together we use CBT and trauma-informed strategies to build a clear, practical plan, so you move from surviving to thriving.

I specialize in men's mental health, anxiety, depression, stress, anger management, grief, ADHD, and recovery from injury or trauma, using CBT, trauma-informed, and solution-focused strategies tailored to you. After rebuilding my life following a spinal cord injury, I know what healing body and mind takes, and I'll help you build a practical plan forward.
