Navigating difficulties in our relationships, struck with angst, or burdened by the changes that grief brings can open up emotional complexity, often making our paths ahead feel uncertain. In order to shift into a new direction, it’s beneficial to have someone committed to our journey to help us explore our lives with care, support, and unbiased curiosity. Finding the right support, however, can be a challenging task.
I work with all types of adult men / male-identified folks struggling with anxieties, identity, self-esteem, boundaries, and relationships. I’m specialized in Complex PTSD and have supported men for almost 20 years. I enjoy connecting with individuals of all backgrounds and I have adept experience with straight, LGBTQ2S+, and Indigenous peoples.
