Many of the people who come to me are carrying trauma, anxiety, or spiritual hurt and feel overwhelmed, alone, empty or distant from people; far from God. They want a space where they can be honest about their pain without fear of judgment. Their hope is to break old patterns, rebuild relationships, reconnect with their Creator and rediscover clarity, meaning, and the steady presence of someone who will walk with them like Jesus does. I offer warm, creative, person-centered, and trauma-informed therapy grounded in compassion and faith.
I work with individuals, couples, and families of all kinds as they explore their wounds, calm overwhelming emotions, heal spiritual hurts, and strengthen their closest relationships. I prayerfully integrate psychodynamic therapy, (IFS), narrative work, and the CAMS model for suicidality to help clients move toward wholeness and hope.
You don’t have to carry this alone. Healing grows in safety, honesty, and even moments of lightness—therapy doesn’t have to be serious all the time. I’m creative and not afraid to laugh with you along the way. I love to explore what hurts, what works, and what’s possible. I’d be honoured to hear your story and help you write the next chapter.
