I will help you develop skills to deal with life's difficult circumstances. As a counselor, I have been working since 2007 to help people find ways to cope with stress, overcome obstacles, and achieve more balance in their lives. I work well with young males who are experiencing challenges with anxiety, depression and trauma, but I am open to working with all individuals. Together, we will work towards your goals and find ways to overcome any obstacles that may be getting in the way.
