Using Internal Family Systems therapy and trauma-informed approaches, I help you understand the parts behind overworking, control, avoidance, and harsh self-judgment, so you can make decisions with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.
I specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and psychedelic-assisted therapy. IFS helps you understand and work with the parts carrying fear, shame, pressure, or protective patterns such as overworking and self-criticism. I also offer preparation and integration support for psychedelic experiences in a safe, trauma-informed setting.
The way I approach therapy is based on the belief that you are more than the pain or patterns you are struggling with. I do not see you as a problem to fix.
