We will eclectically apply CBT, mindfulness, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and/or IFS in a safe, compassionate, and friendly environment. Being both a Registered Nurse and Registered Psychotherapist with over 30 years experience allows for a safe place for you to explore what your needs are and achieve your goals.
I am certified in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) through McMaster University’s Clinical Behavioral Sciences Program, intensive trauma training through the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute and have completed IFS training through IFS.CA and Adler College.
