I believe everyone is unique in their healing journey, nevertheless sometimes all we need is to be listened and seen. If you need to step back, you will, if you need to move forward, you will–your sessions are a time you can dedicate to yourself.
I offer an open space for you to let go of your troubles, there is no expectations to perform or be something you are not. I am here for you, to listen, to be a companion, many say time heals everything but it is what we do with time that matters most. That being said I encourage you to explore your potential, your growth and do it in a safe space to do so.
I understand how hard it is to ask for help sometimes, if you decide to reach out know that all I offer you is to see you for who you are.
