I am of mixed Asian ancestry, including Filipino, Chinese and Vietnamese. I was born in Toronto, the traditional territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples. The intersectional movements of MeToo, MMIWG, Black Lives Matter and FreePalestine inform my work.
I prioritize working with Indigenous, Black, and People of Colour, including folks of mixed ancestry and want to work with me on grief, interpersonal relationships, identity, PTSD, and trauma. My approaches are grounded in Trauma-Informed, Decolonizing, Somatics and EMDR.
