Your own life story is more powerful than you may know. Beneath your conscious identity are deeper narratives, inherited, imagined, or unconsciously lived, about who you are and what your life is meant to be. In our work, we will begin to make sense of your individual myth and examine the inner story as an invitation for insight, integration, and individuation. People often arrive at this work during threshold moments - at a crossroads, where transition calls for inward listening; in a valley, where energy wanes; or in a desert, where meaning feels out of reach. Together, we will navigate these passages and find a new way forward.
As a Jungian analyst, I draw on the work of Carl Jung to help you understand yourself more deeply. Together, we explore dreams, symbols, and unconscious material - bringing what lies beneath the surface into consciousness. This process supports healing, growth, and a more authentic way of being, while dismantling inner myths that no longer serve you.
