The worry never quiets down, and lately it feels like the ground beneath you keeps shifting. Healing from trauma, grief, or other stressors can take more than talking through it. Using somatic, body-based approaches techniques, influenced by CBT, EMDR, narrative and parts therapy, we work to settle your nervous system and process what you're carrying mentally & physically.
I have significant experience in healthcare, including previously working as a paramedic. This has helped me to develop an understanding of trauma, grief and loss and caregiver stress. I can help navigate the healthcare system and the many layers of emotions involved. I work to connect the mind and the body.

First Monday of the month, 6:00 -7:00 pm we focus on building the foundations of social work and from 7:00 - 8:00 pm we dive deeper into those ethical questions that make us examine our practice.
