I am passionate about working with children, youth, adults and couples who are experiencing challenges with their mental health. Working alongside clients, I help them recognize their strengths as they work toward their goals. It’s important to me to meet clients where they are and collaboratively work with them in developing a supportive treatment plan. I have a passion for working with people who are struggling with grief and loss. My approach is to convey authentic compassion and empathy while providing clients a space to feel heard and supported as they navigate moving forward through their grief.
I utilize many evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behaviour therapy, collaborative problem-solving and DBT Skills.
I know life is tough, and I know that it can feel like things are too overwhelming, but you don't have to face these struggles alone. If you are looking for a therapist who understands your unique needs and provides a safe, supportive space free of judgement, then please give me a call and see if working with me is the right fit for you.
