About
No Waitlist. Now Accepting NEW clients! As we walk through the journey of life, we are bound to encounter obstacles that make us question our life choices, direction, and goals. My role is to support individuals, couples, teens and first responders in a capacity that suits their needs to get to where they want to go. I offer you a genuinely safe space, filled with openness, compassion, and comfort, to be free to explore, grow and heal at a pace that works for you.
My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, emotion-focused, and systems driven. This means that I firmly believe you have best interests at heart, I will support you in growing your strengths to achieve your goals, I value your inner emotional experience and work with you to connect and self-regulate, and lastly, I work to find what is hidden.
I have worked with individuals experiencing a variety of challenges. I am honoured to walk alongside you on your journey if you will have me.
