Life can feel overwhelming at times—especially when you’re navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, trauma, grief, or major life transitions. When things feel heavy or confusing, it can be hard to know where to start. You don’t have to figure it out on your own.
My approach to counselling is collaborative and compassionate, creating a safe, calm space where you can show up just as you are. We begin with an initial consultation to explore what’s bringing you to therapy and to see if we’re a good fit. A strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I believe meaningful change happens when you feel understood and supported
From there, we work together to clarify your concerns, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop a thoughtful plan that aligns with your goals and values. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you—it’s about building insight, emotional safety, and practical tools so you can move forward with more confidence and clarity.
I have experience supporting individuals through anxiety, trauma, attachment challenges, relationship difficulties, and life stressors. I offer a space where things feel manageable, where difficult conversations can unfold at your pace, and where growth feels possible. If you’re considering counselling, I invite you to reach out and book a consult.
