I offer depth-oriented, relational psychodynamic therapy for adults navigating relational trauma, attachment wounds, and anxiety rooted in early experience. I also work with parents of neurodivergent children, where parenting stress often activates something deeper that strategies alone can't touch.
This work is slower and less linear than other approaches, but something fundamental shifts. The pattern loses its grip. You stop ending up in the same place. You recognize yourself differently.
