About
Feeling stuck? Worried that things won't get better? Have you been putting off more tasks and feeling further behind? Sometimes the stress from our relationships, responsibilities, work and family demands can feel overwhelming. In times of uncertainty, we may find it especially tricky to manage what we used to manage. Feeling demotivated, alone or hopeless can be common experiences after going through adversities or trauma. We may want company but find ourselves taking a step back or feeling anxious to talk with others. We want to feel better in order to do more, but uncertain with where to start.
It is possible to go about your day feeling more connected and present to those around you and the tasks at hand. To breathe a little easier and be able to help yourself relax. To let go of worries or concerns or go about your day without feeling stuck on situations that went wrong. To trust in your capabilities and learn new effective ways of coping.
If those are concerns or changes you would like to make, I can help. I work with adult individuals and couples and have evening appointments available as well as 24/7 online booking. Clients that work with me often appreciate my down to earth nature and my affinity to learn from them.
