I am a clinical therapist providing supervised psychological services to adolescents and adults. I have specialized training in trauma-informed Emotion Focused Treatment, (CBT), (DBT),(IFS) as well as ASD, and ADHD. I practice from a place of compassion and warmth and collaborate with clients and parents to provide individualized therapy using a variety of approaches depending on the individual needs of the client. I provide both in person and virtual sessions.
