EVENING AND SATURDAY AVAILABILITY- I am a Registered Psychologist, servicing Okotoks, South Calgary and surrounding areas. I work with children, teens, adults, couples and families presenting with a variety of issues including, depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral issues, grief, self-esteem, anger management, emotional regulation, family conflict, relationships, separation/divorce, parenting, and co-parenting after divorce. I value the therapeutic relationship and take a collaborative approach when working with my clients, I strive to gain a full and comprehensive understanding of my client's needs and goals in order to help them make the changes they are looking for and reach their potential.
I am trained in a variety of therapeutic models and interventions that I use to support and guide my clients including, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Client Centered, and Structural Family Therapy. I work with each client to find the best fit model(s) to make the life changes they have identified.
My diverse professional experience within hospitals, schools, community outreach, counselling centres, and career and life coaching has helped me to develop skills in a variety of areas. I look forward to meeting you and learning how I can help you reach your goals, and support you on your journey.
