As a Registered Provisional Psychologist, I firmly believe in helping others in their wellness journey with an empathetic and collaborative approach. I'm here to support you in life challenges that have you looking for support today!
My experience and passion is with couples/individuals, life stages, coping skills, mental health and racism. I support families, children and youth in many stages of life that could come their way such as separation/divorce, anxiety, depression, addition, self esteem and marriage.
I have a gentle and kind approach, i use some approaches such as CBT and talk therapy for adults & youth. I work with children aged 6 years and up, we have a play therapy room that is full of toys, games, sand and art for children and youth.
