I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist offering virtual therapy across several provinces. With experience in Child Protection and Probation Services, I bring calm, clarity, and real world insight to complex situations.

With 15+ years of experience, I help individuals, couples, and families navigate complex emotional and relational challenges. I specialize in youth and neurodiversity, including ADHD and autism. With a background in child protection, I understand how overwhelming family systems can become. Together we focus on practical strategies that create clarity.

Therapy is most effective when it honours who you are and what you actually need.
