My approach is trauma-focused and attachment oriented. I utilize both Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) in my practice. Both are evidence-based modalities that facilitate Memory Reconsolidation. That's a fancy term meaning that disturbing emotional memories (which create triggers) can be unlocked, released and replaced so that you can truly heal and feel alive and free.
