I have provided psychological assessment and treatment to adults and couples since 2004. My treatment focus includes utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as CBT, CPT, EMDR, prolonged exposure and other trauma treatment modalities. Clinically, my broad range of experience includes working with individuals and couples struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, bereavement and trauma.
I am a trauma-informed regulated health professional qualified to practice in the area of clinical psychology with adults and couples. Psychological services are not covered under OHIP however, many extended health care benefits offer coverage for psychological treatment
