Many of the individuals and couples I work with have built successful lives on the outside, yet privately feel exhausted, disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns they can't seem to change. You may have read the books, learned communication skills, or even been to therapy before, yet still wonder why the same struggles keep returning. I have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent individuals and relationships where ADHD, autism, or AuDHD shape the way people experience themselves, one another and the world around them.

Together, we'll slow things down and make sense of the patterns that keep you stuck. We'll explore your attachment experiences, neurodivergence, nervous system and life experiences to better understand what has shaped you and what your nervous system is trying to protect.
