About
I partner with clients whose goals range from healing body shame and disordered eating to enhancing athletic performance or adjusting to living with chronic illness. Throughout the process, we explore new ways of relating with yourself, examine any obstacles along the way, and take manageable steps towards your goals. You get to decide how healing, recovery and growth will look like for you. I am simply a guide as you implement meaningful change and discover your own advocate, carer, and champion from within.
I draw on positive psychology, self-compassion, and mindfulness-based theories and use the latest neuroscience research and psychosomatic modalities. Core values of service, kindness, presence, and empathy are foundational to my work. I hold various Yoga Teaching certifications and am also a Reiki practitioner, which can be useful adjuncts to talk therapy.
While we all have inherent needs for safety, belonging, and personal growth, I recognize that everyone’s ability to achieve those needs are impacted by identity and circumstance. It is for this reason, I am committed to fighting injustices and partnering with you in accessing the resources necessary to achieve your full potential.
