As the Clinical Lead at Acorn & Anchor Therapy Centre, I mentor our therapists through clinical supervision and Learning Groups to model the unique Acorn & Anchor Approach! We have therapists who work with children, teens, and adults. We work with individuals, couples and families to provide comprehensive services to our clients under one roof! Whether you’re experiencing a life transition, a crisis of identity, anxiety, depression, or simply feeling stuck, our experienced therapists bring a strengths-based, relational, and individualized approach to every session.
At AATC, we are profoundly aware of the complexities of mental health and neurodivergence. We specialize, and are experienced with Giftedness, ADHD, multi-exceptionalities, and C-PTSD. We offer tailored support for those who experience heightened sensitivities, intense thinking, and big feelings, to support you/your family in living a more balanced life.
At AATC, we understand finding the right fit for therapy can be challenging. We provide a safe, compassionate space for ALL and focus on individuality and authenticity in our work. Our therapists are trained in a variety of approaches to meet your needs in therapy. Contact us today, and together, we’ll nurture your growth and anchor your strengths.
