We work using our unique model to help understand the brain & body connections, and complex minds. We provide a relational, connection-focused integrative approach guided by IFS, Art, Play, CBT, DBT, Polyvagal systems, Neurobiology, and others.
As a well-rounded therapist and supervisor with professional and lived experiences, I have an enhanced understanding of challenges facing GTIm adults, kids, teens, & parents in today's world. I use a relational approach with integrative interventions that suit the needs of our client population & I mentor/supervise the team in our unique approach.

GTIm Youth Group - Peer group, peer leadership

This peer co-led and created group is for young people ages 16-24 who fit the profile of GTIm (Gifted, Talented, Intense-Minded) See our website for details acornandanchor.com. Come and hang out together in a shared space and connect with like-minded peers. The youth in each run or group sessions will co-create the program to meet the needs of group members, learn leadership skills and will receive a certificate in peer leadership. Individuals may apply to be primary facilitators for future groups!
