I’m so glad you’re here! Starting therapy is a big deal, and finding the right therapist is key. My name is Michelle, and I am passionate about working with young adults (ages 20-35) who are navigating difficult life transitions, academic pressures, workplace stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. My clients are curious about exploring their own strengths and feel motivated to build new strategies to improve their situations and overall mindsets. I also have significant experience supporting caregivers with aging parents who have complex physical and mental health issues.
From my professional work and personal experiences, I know that self-compassion and self-understanding are foundational to meaningful change. My client work is informed by collaborative principles, as I use elements from internal family systems, compassion focused, feminist, trauma-informed and person-centered therapies.
I am committed to making sure you have a comfortable and authentic space to explore your needs and goals. I look forward to connecting with you soon to see if we are a good fit.
