I offer a multi-theoretical, trauma-informed approach that draws from my experience in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Humanistic Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Attachment Theory, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
