Seeking Therapy is a very personal choice that takes a great deal of courage and strength. If you are feeing sad, anxious, or overwhelmed, and want to talk about some of the challenges you are facing, I can help. I am a registered social worker with over 20 years experience as a therapist. I work with adolescents, adults, and parents who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, managing stress, building self-confidence, communication and relationships issues. If you or someone you love are looking for a safe place to talk through difficult emotions, situations, or experiences, I'm here to help.

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
