Hello, my name is Michelle Hubble and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor in BC. I work with individuals and couples who are experiencing overwhelming painful emotions and would like to turn towards support in navigating these experiences. Some areas that I feel passionate about working within are trauma, anxiety, depression, distress in attachment relationships, and self-esteem.
I work from a trauma informed, emotion focused, somatic and attachment focused lens. I believe that turning inwards and beginning to process painful and stuck emotions in the body within the secure and safe therapeutic relationship can be transformational and life changing.
