Welcome. I'm so glad you're here. I believe healing unfolds in relationship, where safety, curiosity, and respect for difference allow new possibilities to emerge. Our work is collaborative and paced with care, guided by the intelligence of your nervous system and the strategies that have supported you in navigating the world. I hold awareness of how differences in nervous system wiring and processing can shape one’s experience of self, relationships, and systems—particularly within spaces that weren’t built with that diversity in mind. Together, we’ll shape our process to honour your values and lived context.
I draw from polyvagal theory, internal family systems, somatic-based approaches, and EMDR to support our process. I hold a Bachelor’s in Human Ecology, Family Social Sciences, and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, complemented by over a decade of experience in the field of social work.
I hold a limited number of spaces in my practice, and my availability shifts as I move with the rhythm of ongoing work. If you’re feeling curious about working together, I welcome you to connect—we can explore current availability and a potential timeline for beginning.

As humans, we often learn ways to protect ourselves—to survive, to maintain attachment, to feel safe. Over time, these same patterns might start to feel outdated, or maybe even disruptive. In our work, through curiosity, compassion, and many small moments of safety, we invite your system to trust new ways of being in connection—with yourself and with others.
