Welcome. If you've been feeling stressed, overwhelmed or just tired of carrying too much on your own, I'm glad you found your way here. In my practice, I seek to create a container of safety and connection where people can feel seen, understood and supported. From this place, more helpful and authentic ways of thinking, feeling and relating can emerge or return.
I specialize in supporting people to develop greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and nervous system regulation, as the foundation to making changes that can bring more peace, joy, connection and confidence. I have training and experience in a variety of approaches including: somatic and attachment based therapies, mindful self compassion, and more.
