I specialize in Couples Therapy Intensives. In an intensive we'll work together for 1 or 2 full days of therapy, compressing what you would achieve through traditional shorter therapy sessions, allowing you to experience new insights, breakthroughs, and healing in a shorter amount of time. They're perfect for people with busy lives and demanding careers who are clear about wanting to see change. They can also be highly effective for couples who feel that they have been stuck for a long time and don't know what moving forward looks like. An intensive is a investment in yourself and your relationship that comes with a high ROI.
I am a specially trained Relationship Therapist. I practice PACT (the Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy), a highly effective and experiential method. During your intensive we'll explore attachment, regulation, agreements, conflict, communication, and more - being sure to focus on your specific goals. It's hard work, but very worthwhile.
You'll receive a couple workbook and a post intensive report that highlights your dividers, unifiers, and your unique toolkit.
