My background in biopsychosocial health studies, psychology, and addiction counselling allows me to incorporate a holistic, evidence-based, and integrative understanding of mental health into my counselling practice. My client centred approach draws on a variety of therapeutic modalities including EFIT, IFS, CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy.
