About
Hello, my name is Michelle. I am passionate about exploring with you, your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that affect the self and your relationships. I want to provide a safe and supportive environment for you to develop personal growth and transformation. I work from an attachment and strength based framework. Together, we will work collaboratively to improve communication skills, strengthen relationships, and describe how family dynamics affect you. I am committed to help you find meaning, present insights, and establish positive changes in your life. Please call/email me to see if I am the right fit for you in your journey.
I am a PREPARE ENRICH Facilitator, which fosters a discussion around areas couples/partners can improve their relationship. Spirituality can also be fostered in our work together at your request. I am also an Expressive Arts Practitioner, which allows me to integrate creative modalities in our sessions.
Through empathic listening, openness, compassion, and a non-judgmental helping style, I will help you explore various strategies and coping tools to address the struggles you face. I would also like to enhance your sense of self in a safe and caring space, towards holistic well-being, ie. behavioral, emotional, spiritual, cognitive, vocational, & relational.
