Hello and welcome! Are you feeling stuck or hijacked by past experiences or current stress? I offer support to help ease the effects of trauma and loss, anxiety, early childhood attachment wounds, emotional injuries, depression, and grief. My practice extends to children, adolescents, adults, and families.
I value working collaboratively with clients to offer support that is individualized and attuned to each person’s unique needs, experiences, hopes, and goals. My approach to therapy is wholistic, guided by a biopsychosocial model that is trauma-informed, grounded in attachment theory, and integrates somatic or body-oriented methods.
My deep hope for you is that you will find freedom from the impacts of overwhelming or traumatic experiences. If I can be a part of supporting you on that journey, I would feel honoured. Please feel free to reach out with any questions, or to request a consult call, or a session.
