I take a non-pathologizing approach built on relational practice. I understand that compassion, choice, and collaboration are essential to creating a safer therapeutic environment. I take an integrative approach drawing from somatic and mindfulness practices along with narrative and parts work approaches to support clients to connect with both mind and body.
I am passionate about supporting folks to heal through self-compassion, creative expression, and nervous system regulation.
