Sometimes life just feels bad. Terrible things happen, people hurt us or we make mistakes we regret. Trying to work things out alone is often our first choice, and yet there can be points where we realize that it might be good to get some help and another perspective. It's possible to live life with less stress and burnout, more choice and control over your reactions and emotions, better communication skills, and more clarity and understanding about what's going on and why. Therapy can help you feel like you're back in the driver's seat of your life, heading towards a life that has more joy, meaning and self-acceptance.
I work with adults and couples who have depression and anxiety, overwhelm and numbness, communication issues and challenges with relationships. Many of my clients have ADHD or other neurodiversity, including highly sensitive people, neurodiverse and mixed-neurotype couples and parents of neurodivergent kids. I'm both straightforward and kindly relational.
If you've been trying to push through and make it work on your own for a long time, it's already a step towards change to reach out and try a different way. Even though life will have hard times, it can have good times too. I'm here to help you reach your goals and we can do this together, step by step. Reach out to book a 20 min free consult anytime.

Groups
Dreamweaving
Have you ever woken up with only one weird image that you remember from your dreams? Dreamweaving is a group dreamwork process developed by Dr. Leslie Ellis which uses these dream snippets to facilitate insight, transformation and a sense of embodied resource that you can take with you into your daily life. This group is experiential, somatically-oriented, collaborative and inclusive, with each participant contributing a dream snippet or a daydream image to work with as a group. Dreamweaving is a dreamwork specific group and is not a replacement for individual therapy. Meets online on zoom.
